Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, sizing, quantities, colors, and other order details before placing an order.

If a proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the proof before production begins.
Approval of a proof confirms that all artwork, spelling, sizing, layout, and design details are correct.
If we make a mistake during production, we will correct the issue by reprinting or replacing the affected items at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and products.
Once verified, we will reprint and replace the damaged items.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us as soon as possible.
These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require coordination with the shipping carrier.
Because all products are custom made specifically for each customer, returns are not accepted.
