Altered Vinyl is a custom printing service. We print stickers, decals, transfers, signs, and related products using artwork, logos, images, text, and files submitted by customers.
By uploading, submitting, emailing, or otherwise providing artwork to us, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you own, control, or have received all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals to use the artwork, logos, images, graphics, text, trademarks, or other content submitted with your order.
Altered Vinyl does not verify ownership of customer-submitted artwork. We rely on the customer’s confirmation that they have the legal right to use the submitted content.
Submitted artwork must not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, protected characters, brand logos, sports teams, entertainment properties, celebrity images, and other content owned by third parties.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Altered Vinyl, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from or related to the artwork or content you submit.
Altered Vinyl reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that appears to contain unauthorized, copyrighted, trademarked, illegal, offensive, or otherwise questionable content.
We may request proof of ownership, licensing, or written authorization before producing an order.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that Altered Vinyl is producing a custom product at your direction and that you accept full responsibility for the content submitted with your order.
